Week 2. Topic 2 Raising of capital
This focuses on the ways in which companies can be able to raise capital by issues of instrument to the general public or to a selected group of individuals.

Week 3. Topic 3 Central depository
The central depository ensures electronic trading of securities and settlement mechanism for delivering of securities and money.

Week 4. Topic 4 Securities Exchange
Here we learn about the exchange as the floor on which the securities are traded

Week 5. Topic 5 Securities Transactions
We learn how the trade are executed, the suspension, lifting of suspension, delisting of securities

Week 6, 7, 8, 9: Topic 6 Financial Markets Regulations
We look for the need for regulations, regulators, corporate governance, issues relating to money laundering and prevention of terrorism financing
