Designed for beginners, it introduces key concepts, frameworks, and global standards that guide sustainable and responsible decision-making.

Covers the definitions, importance, risks, and the ESG framework including environmental, social, and governance pillars.

Module 2: The Business Case of ESG and Sustainability
Focuses on the concept of materiality, value creation through ESG, types of sustainability strategies, sustainable investing, and key drivers/inhibitors of ESG adoption.

Module 3: ESG and Sustainability in Different Context
Explores ESG applications across sectors (finance, agriculture, manufacturing, energy) and in various regions (Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Africa, and globally).

Module 4: Getting Started with ESG and Sustainability
Provides guidance on initiating ESG practices, goal-setting, embedding ESG into operations, and using global reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, IFRS, etc.).
